Women empowerment training has been completed in Sarawal Rural Municipality of West Nawalparasi. The Women Empowerment Training was organized by Samvad Adolescent Network and supported by ABC Nepal Storm Foundation. This training started under the chairmanship of Mahesh Yadav, Chairman of the Network.

The program was conducted by Uttama Rai, vice-chairperson of Sarawal Rural Municipality. While training in the program, Rai said that there are still various superstitions in our community, such as hating women and not allowing them to go out of the house and still bullied by other people. And in order to reduce that, we, the women sisters, need to work together. She also said that we will enjoy our rights forever.
Adolescents and parents studying in the Samvad center run by ABC Nepal were present on the occasion. The training was attended by 25 adolescents and their parents.
