Kapilvastu, Nepal: Holi is one of the great festivals of color and Hindus. It can be seen that this festival is celebrated in different ways by different communities in Nepali society according to their own rituals and traditions. Recognizing the same tradition, the Tharu community celebrates Holi in some interesting ways.
In the Tharu community, people gather at a place, sing, and dance with colors, and on the first day of Holi, in the evening, banana plants, Bhaklanar plants are buried in the ground, and on top of that, Tiltha is taken to the field and burnt.
According to the Tharu community, “Sammat” means that a dead body (corpse) means that the children’s clothes will be burnt in the fire and they will not suffer after the burning, said Tharu leader Harju Tharu. Experts say that it is customary to bring the same ashes and color to the deity of both the houses next day.
Therefore, songs targeting the Tharu language continue to be made public. Meanwhile, a Tharu language song of “Bhauji Ho Bhauji” has been made public targeting the same festival.
The song was released a few days ago from Tharu Production House to celebrate the Holi festival with the melodious voices of popular young singers Khem Chaudhary and Manmati Bakhariya from the western region.
The video directed by Hira Chaudhary where Biru Chaudhary and Samu Chaudhary in the lead roles. Similar words have been composed by Manmati Bakhariya herself. In the chorus, Nikka Bose (Niraj), Ranjita Bakharia, Sunny and Dotcom Chaudhary have added their voice.

The artist who celebrates the festival by entertaining himself with songs and music is confident in the festival of colors. The music video, which was made with colorful pictures and beautiful scenes in the video, has attracted a lot of attention, said the artist.
