Nawalparasi, Nepal: A program to distribute fruit saplings has started in Sarawal Rural municipality of West Nawalparasi, Nepal.
The program of distribution of fruit seedlings with 50% subsidy to the farmers within the municipality has started from today.
In the presence of Rural Municipality Chairman Radheshyam Chaudhary and Chief Administrative Officer Buddha Prakash Poudel, a program has been started to distribute fruit seedlings to the farmers within the rural municipality.
Stating that there is a need for pure oxygen and fruits in human life, Chairman Chaudhary said that the fruit plants have been distributed to meet the rich needs and also to help in respiring pure oxygen and fruits.
He also said that he will always support the farmers.
Lemon 1300 hundred, Mango1500 hundred, Lychee hundred 1000 , Jackfruit 1000 pcs equal to about 4 lakhs, Agriculture Branch Chief Kuldeep Mishra informed that Lemon, jackfruit, Lychee, and mango fruit plants will be distributed.
