Outbreaks appear to be exacerbated during childhood and adolescence. Keeping that in mind, an orientation program related to mental health has been completed in Sarawal Rural Municipality of West NawalParasi with the support of ABC Nepal, Storm Foundation and the project of Rights Dialogue Center.
The program was chaired by Mr. Mahesh Yadav, Chairperson of Dialogue Adolescent Network and hosted by Saida Nisha Pathan, Facilitator of ABC Nepal, Stream Foundation. Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest Ms. Pathan said that the mental health orientation program for the adolescents studying at the Samvad Kendra would help them to stay healthy and relieve stress and develop ways to prevent and minimize the Covid-19 epidemics.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Mahesh Yadav, Chairman of Network, said that the program would increase the knowledge of the adolescents studying in the Dialogue Center on how to get rid of mental stress and how to stay healthy free from mental stress.
The program started with the welcome speech of Aisa Khatun, Vice President of the Network and training was performed by Mr. Om Narayan Devkota of Sarawal Health Center.
On the occasion, ABC Nepal facilitator Sabita Chaudhary, Durga B.K. Network treasurer, Sandeep B.K. and member Lalita Yadav were presenr. The programme was hosted by Sanjay Jaiswal.
