The 8th National Family Planning Day has been celebrated in Nawalparasi and other parts of the country with the slogan “Covid- 19 epidemic, equal access to family planning services”. Meanwhile, the inauguration program of the Integrated Vaccine and Family Planning Expansion Program was organized by Pratappur Government.
Acting Branch Chief of Pratappur Health Branch Binod Kumar Kohar and Executive Director of the Forum Badri Prasad Subedi graced the occasion.
The integrated family planning service has been launched by Pratappur Rural Municipality on the occasion of the day. The project had earlier provided training to vaccination workers and health workers of Guthisuryapura and Baidauli health posts in Pratappur and Harpur health posts in Palhinandan.
