On Saturday night, a furnaces oil tank ruptured at the Jagadamsa Steels Company plant, causing a fire.

Other employees were harmed in the event and are being treated at a nearby hospital.

Some workmen had gone near the container to clean it up before it took fire, as per Deepak Karki, Secretary of the workers’ union.

In Nepal, a large number of Indian labourers are working in a variety of businesses.
