Problems to Covid-19 Infected While Holding Center Under Construction at Kapilvastu, The Horizon Times, Newes of Nepal

Nepal: As the third wave of caviar grows all over the world, it cannot be said that there will not be a situation like in the past in different parts of Nepal including India. Nepalis who have gone to neighboring India for employment are continuing to return home. In Krishnanagar, which is one of the major checkpoints of the district, there is a problem in the management of the people infected with Covid-19. Citizens are facing problems as the holding center is under construction in Krishnanagar.

Thus, the number of people entering Swadesh through Krishnanagar is doubling day by day. It is said that the helpdesk has given continuity to the corona test of those entering Nepal.

Health worker Pankaj Gupta said that while checking 157 people till Monday evening, 27 of them were found to be Corona positive. According to Gupta, the person who tested positive has been sent home with the suggestion of home isolation. Due to the corona, almost every Nepali has started returning home daily and there have been complaints that hoteliers of Nepal are being charged exorbitant prices by the citizens. It has been found that hoteliers around Krishnanagar are taking advantage of the opportunity and taking double the amount of before.

It is said that the work of the holding center under construction in Krishnanagar has reached the final stage. It is said that those entering from India will be kept safe in the holding center constructed by the Nepal Army to control the corona infection. The construction company has stated that the 400-bed holding center in Krishnanagar Municipality-1, Shivanagar is ready to be operational by January.

Kapilvastu Chief District Officer Chakrapani Pandey said that the work of the 600-bed holding center near the customs checkpoint is in full swing. The construction company has stated that the construction work started on July 16 will be completed within five months but it has been delayed due to rains.

Krishnanagar Municipality Mayor Rajat Pratap Shah informed that the service can be operated from the site after the completion of the construction work in the next few days. The municipality has allocated Rs. 276.782 to Shree Hanuman Construction Lalitpur with the responsibility of building the safe zone.
