Shivraj: National Youth Association of Nepal Shivraj Municipal level youth gathering and convention has been concluded. A 45-member Shivaraj Municipal Committee has been formed under the chairmanship of Bishnu Hamal at a meeting held in Kharendrapur on Saturday.
Ekendra Ghartimagar is the vice-chairman, Santoshi Tharu is the joint secretary, Sagar K.C Khatri is the treasurer, and Bishnu Bhushal, Vikram Poudel, Jagdev Tharu, and Dinesh Khanal are the secretaries. Constituency Coordinator Tejendra Pandey said that he is confident that efficient leadership will be selected through the election. Addressing the gathering, Tul Bahadur Adhikari, secretary of the central committee of the National Youth Association of Nepal, said that the organization would play an important role in strengthening the party.
The official also said that the UML would not be affected by leaving the party. Whenever there is an attack on nationality, the youth union has formed a youth force and weakened it. Secretary Adhikari said that the National Youth Association of Nepal is working to quell the illusion of Nepalis by forming an I.T army in the changing environment. CPN-UML District Committee Chairman Jhavilal Pokhrel said that the UML has become strong today due to its deeds and behavior. He said that the UML was the party to be proud of by the cadres and the general public.
Addressing the program, CPN-UML Central Committee member and Lumbini Province Assembly member Vishnu Panthi said that the UML should be united and that it was wrong to split the party. CPN-UML District Organizing Committee Secretariat member and youth in-charge Chakrapani Aryal claimed that it was necessary to make every activity of the organization dynamic in order to strengthen the party.
CPN-UML Lumbini State Committee Secretariat Member Balram Adhikari, Lumbini State Assembly Member Arjun Kumar K.C, CPN-UML District Organizing Committee Secretariat Member and Shivraj Nagar Chief Netraraj Adhikari, CPN-UML District Organizing Committee Member and Shivraj Nagar Deputy Chief Shiv Kumari Tharu, CPN-UML District Organizer Committee member and Shivraj Nagar Committee Chairman Jagat Poudel and other leaders of the party and people’s organizations addressed the program.
The program was chaired by Ram Chandra K.C, Chairman of National Youth Association of Nepal Shivraj Nagar Committee, and conducted by Sanjiv Gahatraj.
