Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha provided relief to deceased family of the district, Nepal News

Kapilvastu: Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha Kapilvastu has distributed relief to five needy local families. Relief has been distributed to the needy families of the Tharu community affected by Covid-19 across the district.

The deceased have been identified as Ram Kisun Tharu of Deuwapar, Banganga Municipality, Bishwanath Tharu of Budhbhumi Municipality, Tanku and Mahesh Tharu of Bhelai. Similarly, Shyamlal Tharu of Shivraj Municipality and Gora Tharu of Bhagwanpur, said Thakas District President Uma Shankar Tharu.

Meanwhile, Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha central member Zanjeer Prasad Tharu, while addressing the relief distribution program, said that the relief would be applied to the wounds though the package was small. Expressing his condolences to the bereaved family, he said that he would get some relief. Stating that the third wave could come at any time in the coming days, Tharu urged the general public to remain vigilant.

Tharu kalyan karini sabha help

According to the Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha District Working Committee, relief items including rice, pulses, salt, cooking oil and flour worth Rs 5,000 have been handed over to the families of the deceased. At the event, which was co-sponsored by Tharuj and Friends Association USA and Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha Central Working Committee, Kathmandu, were attended by District Member Krishna Tharu, Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha Shivraj Nagar President Indra Tharu, Secretary Prakash Tharu and Shivraj Nagar Tharu Museum Committee Vice President Hari Prasad Tharu were present.
