Yoga practice program started in Sarawal to defeat coronavirus

NawalParasi, Nepal: A yoga exercise program has been started in Sarawal Rural Municipality Ward No. 6 of West Nawalparasi to avoid coronavirus infection with new variants and solve physical problems.

 With the financial support of JanaBikas Kishor Kishori Network and the financial support of ABC Nepal and Strom Foundation, a yoga practice program has been started to prevent the coronavirus and solve physical problems.

A yoga exercise program has been started under the chairmanship of network chairman Mahesh Yadav to avoid coronavirus with new variants and solve physical problems.

Speaking on the occasion, Yadav said that the death rate has been increasing along with the number of people infected with the coronavirus including the new variant of the second wave.

A yoga practice program has been started to protect oneself and others in the community from being infected with the coronavirus.

With the active participation of the adolescents in the network and the support of ABC Nepal, a yoga practice program has been started in every toll town to avoid the carnage and solve physical problems by using various health products and maintaining social distance by adhering to health standards.

He said that the community has been imparting health materials to the adolescents and their parents to apply masks, use sanitizer, maintain social distance and follow health standards.

ABC Nepal’s Supervisor Rajman Barai, Volunteer Janaki Gaud, and other teenagers of the network have made great contributions in the yoga program which was conducted with the objective of protecting oneself and others from the infection of coronavirus including the new variant.
