Dang, Nepal: In Dang, Nepal the idols of Prime Minister K.P Sharma Oli and Deputy Prime Minister Rajendra Mahato have been cremated.
The students’ organization has burnt the idol in Ghorahi on Sunday evening in protest of the demand of stopping the exploitation of Chure and Deputy Prime Minister Mahato’s statement.
Police have intervened while burning the idol.
During the intervention, police have arrested eight student leaders, including ANNISU Krantikari Dang coordinator Jung Roka.
Spokesperson of the District Police Office Dang and DSP Mukunda Rijal informed that they were taken under control.
